Past Work experience:  24 years of sales, project, and management experience in blast finishing industry working with top level Fortune 500 companies in key aerospace, energy, advanced coatings, automotive, and consumer electronic markets

What he does at Guyson : Steve manages all aspects of small to large scale capital equipment projects for custom engineered systems from initial inquiry to concept development / quotation, through final acceptance of the machinery.  This includes, but is not limited to review of customer supplied specifications for compliance, direction of application development testing, creation of final customer quotation, and negotiation of technical and commercial contracts with customer base.  Through these activities, Steve will ensure full customer satisfaction with supplied equipment.

Personal Interest: Sport enthusiast, hockey , baseball and football .

Mark Butler

Director of Sales

Past Work experience: Over 20 years of Engineering Management and Design experience in a variety of manufacturing companies including the auto, marine, turf and blasting industries.  Heavily focused on building dedicated engineering teams while forming strong working relationships with internal and ultimate customers.

What he does at Guyson: Mark manages a team of mechanical/pneumatic, electrical, controls and robotics engineers.  Oversees design and project management from machine conception through the manufacturing cycle with a focus on being on time and on budget with accurate releases.  Regularly support the sales team with quotes for new designs.  Often travels to customer sites to participate in high level sales presentations and to support new implementations.

Dave Cutler

Past Work experience: Worked as a cost account from 2000-2006 , Senior Cost Accountant 2006-2011

What he does at Guyson : Dave does all cost for machine quotes, Financial Analysis for the President/CEO and Corporate (UK). Dave also oversees the IT department to make sure servers and computers are running properly as well as recruitment of new employees.

Personal Interest: Sports Fan ( Mets and Giants ) , spending time with his family.

Past Work experience: US Navy extensive experience in Manufacturing, processes and QSM. Quality and Safety Instructor in USN. Small business owner

What he does at Guyson : Dan is responsible for all departments and operations in Logistics, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Materials, Plant Schedule and Quality control .

Personal Interest: Outdoor activities, tennis, golf, volleyball , classic car owner and motorcycle riding .

Alison Dewey

Customer Service Supervisor

Alison DeweyEducation: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Sales from Castleton University, Castleton VT

Past Work Experience : Started as a sales assistant for Capital Equipment in 2009, moved over to Customer Service in 2011.  Became Supervisor of Inside Sales in March of 2016.

What she does at Guyson : Alison manages the inside sales team including aftermarket parts and media. She is a member of our safety committee and C- Big Committee.

Personal Interest:Reading, hiking and spending time with my family

 

Rich Gillott

Past Work experience: Extensive career involved in surface finishing and  metal finishing industry, in direct sales, sales management,  and as VP , General Manager and owner.

What he does at Guyson: Rich spear heads the growth of Guyson’s newest product line acquisition, leading Wet Blast Systems (WBS) business unit for Guyson.  With his extensive wet blast knowledge and countless application experience specifically in the cutting tool, coatings, and automotive markets, Rich manages the life cycle of all wet blast system projects for Guyson.  This would include coordination of wet blast sales channel and marketing activities, development of standard and custom product with Guyson engineering and manufacturing teams, and supporting installation and aftermarket service teams for existing and new installations.

Personal Interest: Boating, fishing, and UCONN basketball.
