TR-900 Conveyor Blast System

Thru-belt conveyor models present components to a battery of pre-positioned guns as the parts are transported through the blast cabinet on an adjustable-speed rubber or honeycomb mesh conveyor belt, for a continuous in-line processing system.

In Guyson TR-900 conveyor blast machines, the blast nozzles can be bracketed in fixed position, they can oscillate or rotate on a turret to cover more surface area, or linear traversing of nozzles can be synchronized with indexed movement of the belt. Guyson’s chambered design provides automatic airwash of components and isolates the blast process for cleaner, quieter operation.

Guide rails can be provided for alignment of components, or the belt can be fitted with part-holding fixtures if components need to be held in a specific orientation for processing. Guyson also offers an S-belt design that allows multiple blast guns to be positioned below the work for all-around blasting of long pieces.
