TRR-900 Transfer Cart Blast System

Originally developed by Guyson for at-the-press deflashing of electronic components, the reciprocating conveyor machine concept has sparked new interest for single-piece-flow blast processing in work cell manufacturing.

In the Model TRR-900, components are conveyed from the load/unload station into the blast chamber, exposed to controlled blast from multiple nozzles, airwashed to remove residual media and dust, then transported back to the loading station. By a combination of indexed movement of the conveyor and synchronized nozzle motion, whether oscillating or programmed linear traversing of the blast guns, the automated blasting process is consistently precise and thorough.

Various configurations of the reciprocating conveyor are possible, according to the individual user’s processing requirements.
