Rotary Air-Blasting

Guyson's extended range of standard rotary air-blast models includes the R-Series continuous-rotating table systems, the RX-Series indexing table models and a whole family of spindle-blast models, from machines like the RSSA-6 with a single spindle to our RXS-Series multi-spindle systems.

Rotary air-blast machines are used for selective or overall coverage of components that must be processed and handled individually. Whether loaded by hand, by a pick-and-place device or by a robot, the automated blasting cycle yields consistent quality results.

Available with multiple suction-blast guns or with direct pressure media delivery, the blast nozzles are adjustably bracketed in fixed position, or they can rotate, oscillate or traverse to conserve costly compressed air.
