R-Series Rotary Table Blast Systems

Blast treatment and airwash is performed as components rest on the continuously rotating table of the R-series cabinets. The adjustable speed table may be fitted with part-holding baskets or simple fixtures, and multiple blast guns may be rigidly bracketed in fixed position or mounted on an adjustable oscillator or a rotary turret.

Return-to-front operation and rapid processing times make this type of automatic blast machine popular for applications such as blast cleaning, cosmetic finishing, surface preparation and deflashing.

Guyson also makes various sizes of automated rotary systems with the table entirely inside the cabinet for batch processing of components or programmed blast cleaning or finishing of large work pieces.
