ROTARY AIR-BLAST SYSTEMS
RX-Series Indexing Rotary Table Blast Systems
Components may be fixtured on the perimeter of the table in indexing machines, moving from the load/unload station to one or more blast stations where they are presented to the pre-positioned guns, then through a separate airwash chamber in the automatic processing routine. Guyson’s chambered design isolates the blasting operation to reduce noise and dust in the workplace.
This type of machine is ideal for automated selective blasting applications such as deburring, deflashing and etching. Many components can be treated by a group of guns in fixed position, but we also commonly supply RX-series machines with oscillating or linear traversing nozzle motion.
Guyson’s precision cam indexer is so accurate that it permits an easy interface with robotic pick-and-place devices for virtually unmanned automatic operation.
