CYCLONE RECLAIMERS
Guyson high-performance cyclone media reclaimers are engineered to be the most effective available. Positioned between the blasting cabinet and the dust collector, the cyclone separates dust, fines, and lightweight particles from the heavier reusable media, which is returned to the media delivery system. The Guyson cyclone advantage is its ability to operate in many blast systems using only the air flow provided by the dust collector blower.
We build a range of standard models to match the requirements of suction-blast and pressure-blast systems with one to sixteen or more blast guns. Guyson cyclone reclaim systems are adaptable for all types of shot or grit media of any screen size, so long as it can be pneumatically conveyed from the blast cabinet to the cyclone.
