HE-SERIES CYCLONES

Guyson high-efficiency (HE) cyclone reclaimers are geometrically different from comparably-sized units in our standard model line-up. The dimensions of the body, cone and inlet and outlet openings of the HE Series cyclones are proportioned according to a separate formula, so the fluid dynamics result in a more sensitive separator that can be tuned for reclamation of exceptionally fine blasting media.

Like our other industrial-duty media reclaimers, the HE Series cyclones are fabricated from 1/8-inch thick sheet steel that is welded continuously, so you will find no folded seams or spot welds. HE Series cyclone reclaimers operate using the adjustable air flow generated by the dust collector blower and are not designed to have their own motorized impeller.

Based on the general reclamation capacity of our standard model cyclones, Guyson offers high-efficiency cyclones in sizes that are suitable for single gun and multiple gun manual or automated blast systems. A number of reclaim system options are available to customize the HE Series cyclone for special application requirements.
