MODEL 75/12 CYCLONE

Guyson’s compact 75/12 cyclone reclaimer has separation capacity to spare for most manual cabinet-blast systems and is suitable for many suction-blast machines with multiple guns. The standard 1.3 cubic foot suction-blast media hopper has feed ports for up to four blast guns, and larger capacities are available.

The Model 75/12 is solidly fabricated from 1/8-inch thick continuously welded steel plate and is normally mounted in a rigidly welded 24-inch x 28-inch angle iron frame. In a typical suction-blast installation the freestanding 75/12 cyclone has a height of 75 inches, while in a typical pressure-blast installation, the cyclone stack-up with a small pressure vessel has an overall height of 138 inches.

When it is powered, the 75/12 cyclone has a 1 HP AC motor that drives the 12-inch diameter impeller to generate an extraction value of up to 750 cubic feet per minute, a powerful and adjustable air flow for pneumatically conveying media, dust and fines up to the inlet elbow or the 12-inch diameter cyclone body.

For highly abrasive media reclamation, the Model 75/12 is available with urethane rubber lining of the inlet elbow and the entire cyclone body and cone. A number of reclaim system options are available to adapt the 75/12 for special application requirements.
