MODEL D500

The Guyson D500 is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. by cabinet blasting specialists to out-perform generic cartridge or bag-house collectors and meet the demanding requirements of blast process dust collection. Our nonferrous blower assembly is classified AMCA Type A for maximum spark resistance. In the standard D500, pulsejet cleaning takes place when the operator pushes a button on the front of the dust collector, releasing a brief and measured burst of compressed air to back-flush the filter and remove dust all around and from top to bottom. Microprocessor-controlled automatic pulsing is optionally available to enable uninterrupted blasting operations.

Our extended height model D500 (overall height, 104.5 inches) offers the increased capacity and convenience of a 20 gallon roll-away drum to contain extracted dust. Both versions of the D500 are available with an optional HEPA filter to meet the most stringent particulate emissions standards.
