Custom Engineered and Specially Adapted Blast SystemsWhen your component is too long, too tall, or too heavy for a standard blast cabinet – or when it presents special challenges for safe and efficient processing – talk to Guyson. Our portfolio of design adaptations includes “stretch” versions of every model, features for unusual access problems, conveniences for handling of unusual workpieces and modifications to meet all kinds of special requirements.
Model SBP-40Unique ergonomic design allows operator to sit while operating the machine, increasing comfort and productivity. Access to the 19” x 32” x 24” blast chamber by two side doors. Separate foot switches for blast and airwash, fixtured gun for fast, hands-free operation. Optional hopper doors speed handling of small parts.
Model 4Walk-up convenience in a compact system. Full-width front door opens to 29” x 32” x 22” blast chamber with multi-position gun bracket that swings out of the way if blast gun is hand-held. Large view window and brilliant illumination of work.
Model 6One of our most popular models, available in suction or pressure-blast. Dual-opening front doors plus slam-shut side door enable full access to 36” x 42” x 30” blast chamber. Wide standard foot pedal actuates fixtured or hand-held gun.
Model 7Extra roomy 36” x 60” x 36” chamber accommodates awkward shape and size components. Full frontal access by two doors, plus slam-shut side door for convenience.
Model 8Cubed-up for convenience when working with oversize parts, with a full 42” depth and width. Excellent for use of an optional turntable and pressure-blast media delivery.
Model 9Very popular as a direct pressure system. Extra large 53” x 48” x 48” blast chamber. (inset photo) Optional side-loading track extension, transfer cart and manual turntable make handling heavy or large parts safer and easier.
Model 10Super-sized 60” x 60” x 60” blast chamber fits bulky fabrications and large components. Optional powered transfer cart on track extension eases overhead loading of heavy parts, power-assisted turntable option (3000 lb. capacity shown) makes access convenient.
