GWB-402T-SH

This "stretch" cabinet design is based on our space-saving 402T, but in addition to the rotary table, includes a 500 pound capacity rotary hook in the roof of the blast chamber. Two modes of processing give you great flexibility for batch finishing of racked parts or tall components.

The GWB-402T-SH has two 10 HP blast turbines mounted at the optimum angles and distances for total coverage of the work envelope. The 40 inch diameter heavily armored rotary table has a 2000 pound weight capacity. Our cabinet interior is also heavily armored with cast NI-HARD and manganese steel plate protection of areas directly opposite the blast wheel, plus there is a full rubber cabinet lining.

Guyson's advanced media reclamation system includes, a vibrating sieve, our fine-tunable cascade airwash separator, plus a cyclone separator. This sensitive reclaim is essential for the successful use of microscopic media in non-destructive cleaning and many cosmetic finishing applications.

The GWB-402T-SH is supplied with a freestanding Guyson cartridge-type dust collector that automatically sequences reverse jet pulsing of the filters to maintain their efficiency. An easy-to-read manometer gauge helps you monitor the collector’s performance.

Our touch-screen panel interface streamlines the system’s controls, eliminates wearable electrical parts and simplifies machine functions with graphics, text instructions and prompts to assist the operator.
