ORBIT MODEL ROTARY BASKET PARTS CLEANING SYSTEMS

The versatile and efficient solution for a wide range of industrial cleaning requirements, our space-saving design makes Orbit Models suitable for many work cell cleaning tasks. Components pass through the temperature controlled aqueous spray in a slowly revolving chain driven basket during a timed cleaning cycle. High impact spray jets surround components on three sides to achieve maximum cleanliness. Orbit Models can be provided as a wash or rinse system only or come equipped with a drying stage to further enhance its capabilities.

Numerous options are available to further enhance performance such as indicator lights, in-line cartridge filtration and the Model OS-5 Coalescing-Type Oil Separator can be supplied to assist in the removal of oils and grease from the aqueous solution.

Orbit Models come in 2 standard sizes with a workload capacity of up to 1000 lbs. All units are fabricated in stainless steel and are heavily insulated for energy efficient operation.
