Guyson through-belt conveyor parts washing systems are a flexible and efficient alternative for workcell aqueous cleaning operations. These heavily insulated, stainless steel machines have proven to be a dependable workhorse in many industrial environments.

Parts are conveyed on the system’s mesh belt through the entire cleaning process. While in the wash section, spray jets surround components from all 4 sides. After washing, the work piece passes through the temperature-controlled hot air drying chamber. Our modular design enables configuration based on the individual user’s requirements and can include rinsing, rust inhibit, blow-off and other in-line stages. Models are available in three standard belt widths and work openings to match your component size and throughput.

The capabilities of Guyson thru-belt systems can be enhanced by available options for fluid filtration, vapor removal and enhanced electronic control. Also, the Model OS-5 Coalescing-Type Oil Separator can be supplied to assist in the removal of oils and grease from the aqueous solution.
