In our through-belt machines, components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as the parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed rubber or steel mesh belt.

Up to 12 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed position, rotated on a turret or oscillated to cover more surface area, or they can sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with indexed movement of the belt. Our 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and has an air wash blow-off zone.
