In this work-cell-sized model, two spindles are mounted on opposite sides of 180-degree indexing table, with one at the blast station and one outside the blast enclosure at the loading station, so unload/load can take place during the automated blasting and blow-off cycle. As the component is rotated at controlled speed, it is exposed to the blast from up to 4 suction blast guns, which may be locked in fixed position to target specific areas of the part or affixed to an oscillator or a programmable linear actuator.
