Many models of our wet-blast systems are readily adaptable to incorporate a 6-axis robot as a nozzle manipulator. The robotic arm is normally positioned outside the process enclosure and fitted with a waterproof rubberized fabric skirt that seals around the wall opening. Especially when you are blasting complex-shaped components, the robotic wet blast system is capable of constantly maintaining the correct nozzle angle and stand-off distance of the blast gun(s), as well as the correct surface speed to produce the most consistent finishing or surface preparation results.
