Guyson USA is proud to introduce the Microsolve Solvent Cleaning System to the U.S. market, expanding our portfolio of precision cleaning solutions for manufacturers requiring the highest levels of component cleanliness.
Available in both Mono-Solvent and Co-Solvent configurations, the MicroSolve range combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with advanced solvent retention features to deliver consistent, repeatable cleaning performance while maintaining low, predictable solvent consumption. The systems are designed for applications ranging from light contamination removal to demanding precision cleaning processes.
Precision Cleaning Technology
The Microsolve Mono-Solvent system utilizes a three-stage cleaning process consisting of:
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Vapor rinsing
- Freeboard drying
Designed for light to medium contamination, the Mono-Solvent process is ideal for precision cleaning of machined components, bearings, medical devices, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and electronic assemblies.
For heavier contamination, the Microsolve Co-Solvent system incorporates an additional ultrasonic rinse stage, creating a four-stage cleaning process consisting of:
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Ultrasonic rinsing
- Vapor rinsing
- Freeboard drying
The Co-Solvent process is particularly effective for removing polishing compounds, machining oils, heavy grease, and flux residues from complex components with blind holes and intricate geometries.
Advanced Solvent Retention
A defining feature of the Microsolve range is its proven solvent retention technology. Design features such as:
- Triple-coil reflux cooling
- Vapor break technology
- 150% freeboard ratio
- Optional automatic solvent top-up
- Solvent monitoring systems
help reduce solvent loss, improve operating efficiency, and deliver low, predictable running costs while supporting safe and efficient operation.

Automation for Repeatable Results
MicroSolve systems utilize PLC-based controls to monitor machine operation, solvent levels, and process performance. Optional Autotrans handling systems automate basket loading and unloading, improving productivity while delivering consistent, repeatable cleaning cycles.
Compatible with Today’s Cleaning Solvents
Guyson USA also offers compatibility with Inventec Performance Chemicals, including the Promosolv range of PFAS-free cleaning solvents and drop-in replacements for phased-out 3M Novec fluids, providing manufacturers with additional flexibility when evaluating future cleaning processes.
