Custom Solutions for Precision Blasting
The Guyson 201T Mini is a compact yet powerful system designed for detailed surface preparation. By incorporating a custom 3D-printed fixture, we were able to securely hold knives of various sizes and shapes, ensuring uniform blasting across the entire surface. This tailored approach eliminates inconsistencies and ensures optimal adhesion for subsequent coatings.
The process began by mounting the knives onto the fixture. The precision of the 201T Mini allowed for controlled blasting, removing surface contaminants and creating the perfect profile for coating. This step is crucial in ensuring that the Cerakote® adheres effectively, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal.
Seamless Transition to Cerakote® Application
After blasting, the knives were transferred to our Guyson Cerakote® machine. This system is engineered to deliver a flawless application of Cerakote ® , a ceramic-based coating known for its exceptional performance in wear resistance, corrosion protection, and customization options.
Our team carefully applied the Cerakote® finish, leveraging the precise control of the machine to achieve an even coat across every knife. The result was a stunning combination of form and function—knives that not only look great but are built to withstand the rigors of daily use.
