Guyson provided a blast system to an automotive supplier who needed to increase production and lower costs of shot peening various high performance steel coil springs.
This particular T-40 blast system was set up with two Guyson 900 suction fed blast guns mounted over the basket. The cabinet was protected by a neoprene rubber lining, while the tumble basket had a PVC coating for extended life. It also included a sensor for low air supply pressure, and a inner abrasion window in quick-change frame.
The reclaim system featured a small yet powerful HE-12 high efficiency cyclone media reclaimer.
