Guyson has fully redesigned the AR Max 2T airless Wheelblast system for the firearms industry. This machine is more flexible, has more capacity and can produce more work in a shorter time period than the old 402T. We have included several redesigned accessories that make this machine a power house for the firearms industry. Variable Speed, 5 […]
Wheel blast systems can be used for a variety of applications, such as removing rust or paint from metal surfaces, cleaning or deburring castings, preparing surfaces for coating or bonding, or achieving a specific surface finish. They are often used in the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and construction industries, among others.
Guyson Creates an Accurate and Consistent Ra Finish Using Our Blast Specimen Gauge for Better Cerakote Finish.
The new Guyson Non-Periodic blast specimen will give you the most accurate measurement over and over again to always maintain that finish. This means that if a firearm has a more consistent Ra value, it will better accommodate a Cerakote finish. This ensures that enough detail and texture are present in order for Cerakote to have maximum adhesion and wear resistance after application.
Do you want to know how to make your Wheelblast Cabinets “blast wheel” last Longer? Here is a blast wheel that was damaged beyond repair from using a third party extra hard media, after only 106 hours. A third party media provider claimed our client could save money and have shorter blasting times, (Their media […]
Guyson Corporation created an animation to explain how a wheelblast system functions based on our engineering principals. Guyson has engineered our wheelblast systems to become more functional in areas dominated by airblast cabinets only a few years ago, such as prep for coating. Have fun watching this video explaining our technology.
Guyson Corporation now offers a rotary table wheel-blast system with one blast wheel over each half of a 4,000 pound capacity, 70-inch-diameter turntable. The Model GWB-702T, with this blastwheel configuration, is especially suitable for batch processing of molds, dies or work pieces that are essentially flat or have limited vertical surfaces. Each blast wheel is […]
Guyson Corporation now manufactures its Model GWB-702L rotary table wheel-blast system with two direct drive blast turbines positioned to enable thorough coverage of three-dimensional components. The 70-inch (1.8 m) diameter turntable of the GWB-702L is heavily armored with replaceable plates cast in abrasion-resistant alloy, as are all areas of the interior of the machine that […]
