Tracking and logging of critical process parameters by component serial number and time stamp is automatically initiated in our powerful PC-based system at the start of the shot peening cycle and continues at one second intervals throughout the run time of the machine. Reports for process documentation purposes are also generated automatically, including a log of all parts processed, time stamped alarms and moment-to-moment process data for every part processed.
